I kindly request your urgent attention to the following matter: Bekithemba Station, CAS 51/3/2026 (Fraud, Corruption, Perjury and defeating the ends of justice).

My name is Sifiso Meyiwa, older brother of the late Senzo Meyiwa that got murdered on 26 October 2014. I write on behalf of Meyiwa family and hereby humbly request intervention of national government and relevant institutions in ensuring the recently opened case against Adv Baloyi (Prosecutor) and his accomplices is treated with the urgency it deserves.

Circumstantial evidence of defeating the ends of justice has been witnessed on national television as Prosecutor Baloyi continues submitting Mr Ntanzi's (Accused No 2) cellphone records that were fraudulently manufactured by SAPS.

Another separate case of fraud linked to this corrupted Meyiwa murder case was reported to IPID towards the end of 2025, but they are dragging their feet and not keen to finalize a straightforward "investigation". This raises more suspicions on allegations that IPID is infiltrated and captured by external forces.

We request the NDPP to please rectify irregularities of previous Head Adv Shamila Batohi that contributed to how this case continues being prosecuted. These are prosecutorial led "investigations", hence the SAPS is an accomplice in what is arguably one of the biggest cover up matter ever seen in this country.

On a number of occasions Adv Baloyi submitted accounts of Mr Ntanzi's pinged cellphone records illustrating movements in various areas far from places of his detention while in holding cell, which is impossible after his cellphone was confiscated by police on the day of his arrest as part of known procedure.

Due to the sensitivity of this matter, I request the Honourable Minister Professor Cachalia to assist in ensuring this newly opened docket is handled by competent senior SAPS officers, in order to avoid more irregularities, also because one of the suspects heading the Meyiwa murder Cas is a Brigadier (Gininda). We request a senior Investigation officer please and for the docket to be secured before it disappears as the norm in many instances in SAPS.

We also request the Honourable Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court to intervene by ensuring a fair judge gets appointed when a correct docket is introduced in court, since the current presiding judge has a criminal case opened against him, besides his unapologetic baise against the defense. There would not be a need for the state to fabricate evidence if they had the correct suspects in the dock.

Judge Ratha Mkgwatleng has repeatedly mentioned that defense lawyers will have to appeal his judgment. He is hostile towards defense lawyers and witnesses. He always backs the state in their mischievous maneuvers. This is no longer normal court proceedings but a crime scene of continued cover ups that is backed by Judge Ratha Mokgwatleng.

We request our government and its judiciary to be consistent in standing for justice or else the international community will doubt our genuineness after we recently took Israel to the ICJ for Genocide crimes against Palestinians, while on the other hand turning a blind eye on state cover ups in the murder case of our late national football Captain Senzo Meyiwa.

Surely the late Senzo Meyiwa deserves much better treatment from our government for raising our flag high as former Captain of our national team. State cover ups in the murder of our football icon are so obvious, even a little child can see. Our government should save our country from this embarrassment happening in that court of Judge Ratha Mkgwatleng.

The crime scene at Voslorus where my late brother lost his life was tempered with and contaminated. That is where SAPS cover ups began. Besides the real shooter being protected, the person who allegedly cleaned my brother's blood at the crime scene is still free with her accomplices that lied under oath on their fabricated script of intruders they claim came in the houses on that day.

EFF parliamentarian Leigh-Ann Mathys mentioned at Ad Hoc Committee that she arrived at the scene after 11pm and did not even see a spot of blood on the floor when my brother was murdered in 2014. She also said she had easy access to the house along with her friend.

Approximately 10 people (witnesses and potential witnesses) have since been assassinated, allegedly by poisoning and others by gunshots. Brigadier Ndlovu was also among the alleged assassinated and his wife gunned down while allegedly preparing to seek private experts to investigate her husband's assassination. Brigadier Ndlovu was against the cover up docket 636 and believed the correct docket was 375 that is currently shelved to protect the real suspect/s.

We also know that corrupt police opened trumped up charges against detective Makhubo in their desperation to remove him from docket 375 that they managed to sideline with corrupt Prosecution of Adv Baloyi. Adv Batohi also had a hand in this. Detective Makhubo was cleared from those false allegations against him and has since allegedly survived assassination attempts and other threats.

Please we are pleading with government as the Meyiwa family to do the right thing. We lost my father who's health was compromised by depression caused by this corrupt and compromised case. We do not need to lose my mother too because of this cruel injustice. The entire nation want justice on this matter. No amount of cover ups will bury this case. The more they cover up, the more they get exposed.
